Santa Barbara was a great experience. For my freshman year of college I took as many classes on as many subjects as I could. I took Critical Writing, Italian, Chicano Studies, and Natural Disasters. I developed my knowledge on variety of topics and really started thinking critically about what I was learning, what I thought I knew, and what I needed to learn. I was on the honor roll there and greatly enjoyed my classes.

Although economically it became difficult to go to an out of state school, I really enjoyed myself there.
